COVID-19 and Shipping Issues

Posted by Dottie's on

Current Orders

All orders are still being processed and shipped within our 2-4 weeks turnaround timeframe, as stated on our homepage. Once your order is received, it will be marked as "awaiting to be made" - this status will not change until we have made your order and it is either "ready to package" or has been "shipped". We are a small family business and process all your handmade custom orders as quickly as we can. Each order is handmade to your specifications when you order, and are all bespoke - therefore they are not off-the-shelf products that can be shipped next day.

UK Orders

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Recorded deliveries can take up to 10 working days to arrive, due to the huge amount of backlog Royal Mail sorting offices currently have. If you can't see your tracking number in login area on your order, please contact us.

All our mail is sent by Royal Mail, and your tracking can be checked here: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Oversea Orders

We have received many enquires from customers regarding their orders which have been sent by Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail) in April that have not been received 3 weeks after shipping. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, this is causing shipping companies huge backlog across the world, and therefore is having a great impact on delivering your parcels.

All our mail is sent by Royal Mail, and your tracking can be checked here: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Once the item has left the UK, you will see there is a link to the Partner shipping company in your country to follow tracking further, for example USPS for America.

If you need your order sooner, please message us before shipping and we will give you a quote for an alternative faster shipping option with Fed-ex, TNT, etc.
